Thank you for your patience, I have finished our training schedule. You may access it on the Calendar page or the Game Changer app (the app will also allow for you to sync with your mobile device!)

Please remember to bring the following to every practice: 
1. GPS watch 
2. Headlamp 
3. Yoga Mat
4. Water bottle 
5. Resistance bands 

For those interested in adding another important component to their training please read my Weights and conditioning flyer HERE. Please note for existing Sac Elite the price is not $40 a month. Your fee is $15 drop in fee or $20 a month added to your existing membership.

For those of you interested in competing in any winter track meets (Which I recommend), I have added the race schedule link below. Please review and email if you have any questions.

*Boise indoor track meet - I added the link on the schedule for you to review, If you plan on attending, please let me know ASAP. 
*Winter track Championships - Link added to the schedule as well. Please review, if your athletes qualify you may want to schedule a flight or room.

I want to congratulate all those who competed at the 2018 West Coast Championship Saturday and Sunday in Reno, Nevada. Our kids walked away with tons of hardware!

Thanks again Sac Elite for all your commitment - We had one hell of a track season! Now we get ready for cross country - let’s Dominate that season too!!!

The Oakdale AAU Qualifier meet is Friday, June 15th and Saturday, June 16th at Oakdale High School.  There is a $7.00 spectator fee each day or you may purchase a two-day pass for $10 on Friday.  Entry fee for competition is $25, please pay coach Aaron cash at practice.  Good Luck to all those participating!

Congratulations Sacramento Elite.  We've been voted as the "Best Youth Running Program" for 2017 by the Sacramento Runners Association.  We will be honored at an even on February 24th.  Details below:
